Opportunities

In addition to course work, Washington University provides year-round opportunities for students to pursue socially engaged work through internships and summer programs, and connects students and faculty with conferences and organizations related to this work.

If you are a student interested in working with local nonprofit or socially engaged organizations in art, design, or architecture, or if you are an organization interested in working with our students on challenging socially engaged issues, contact Liz Kramer at kramer@wustl.edu.

Volunteer & Contract Opportunities

St. Louis Projects and Part-Time Opportunities is a platform provided by the Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts for designers, artists, architects, and other creative people to find out about the opportunities and needs of the St. Louis community. We feature requests for artists and designers, including architecture, landscape architecture, graphic design, and more.
